OM50G (<50)
The OM50G is an All-in-One telephony system. It provides seamless connectivity to not only PSTN and analog terminals, but also IP-based SIP trunks and SIP terminals. Using VoIP, the OM50G supports inter-office calls over the Internet or VPN.

Always Connected with Your Customers

With features such as remote extension, call forking to your mobile phone and call-back, OM50G assures you that no matter where you are, whether in your office, traveling abroad, or working at home, you will never miss any important business call.

Improving Call Answer Rate

The smart auto attendant can provide 24/7 live answering service to customers, and direct the incoming calls efficiently to the extension or cell phone of the right person through configurable voice menus in business/non-business hours and holidays. Even, it can deliver the calls from VIP customers to the agents directly, bypassing voice menus.

Reduction of Telecommunications Cost

OM50G has all the IP remote-calling functions needed to support the remote worker, business travel, and communication with branches through the Internet. With IP, international or long-distance calls are turned into local toll-free calls. With advanced routing capabilities, OM50G can route calls intelligently according to call types. Combined with New Rock’s WeWei® softphone App and NeeHau™ SoftConsole, you can achieve more effective and comfortable communications between you and your customers.

  • To address massive information and data from each shop outlet, the headquarters will centralize the information management and run statistical analyses to uncover customer needs, evaluate shop outlet performance, and understand customer satisfaction.
  • Given the efficient distribution on an IP network, the New Rock finance IP audio solution can store recording files to the server, providing a convenient recording search tool and multilevel management. This solution addresses employee self-assessment, department managers’ oversight of the performance of their subordinates, as well as the supervisory requirements.
  • Government authorities at various levels, including administrations for industry and commerce, Inland Revenue services, police forces, district attorney’s offices, and courts, require massive internal communication activities. Driven by a growing number of employees amid expanding operations, the existing telephone network will no longer satisfy the operating requirements, such as upgrade of copper cables to fiber optics, mobile offices, phone capacity expansions, and telephone network connected to branch offices.
  • To enhance operation and maintenance efficiency, as well as lower maintenance costs, New Rock provides a reliable and secure cloud service to deliver connectivity anywhere at any time.
  • The majority of IoT devices use the internet protocols (IP) to provide functional features and information, laying a solid foundation for integrating VoIP with the IoT technology. Therefore, the value of VoIP services will increase in proportion to the IoT development. For example, the synergy between IoT and VoIP applications will advance the innovation of smart homes, the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), smart hotels, and more.
  • This is largely driven by the fact that major carriers in many countries in the region, like China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore have started to roll out SIP/IMS trunking services to enterprises of all sizes.
