OM80E for UAE Hotel VoIP

Opened in Oct 2021, W Hotel is a brand new hotel with modern design, convenient service, and excellent meeting and banquet facilities.

Hotel Requirement

W Hotel in UAE has 160 guest rooms and suites, plus the front desk, offices and other types of places need to deploy a total of nearly 200 IP phones. At the time of construction, the builder had reserved wiring on each floor according to the telephone design, and the hotel had also purchased the entry level phones.

Solution Deployment

New Rock's local partner visited W Hotel in UAE and proposed the VoIP solution with OM80E IPPBX as the core equipment, which meet the hotel deployment and later planning needs

Hotel Server Room

-Deploy a New Rock OM80E IP PBX to connect to the hotel's private network.

Each floor server room

-Deploy multiple MX8G VoIP Gateways to connect to the hotel's private network and register to the IPPBX.

Guest room/suite/office

-Deploy analog phones and IP phones to connect to the VoIP gateways on the respective floors, and register to OM80E IP PBX

1.OM80E IP PBX connects to the MX8G gateway through the network without additional wiring and supports automatic configuration, completing batch registration of phones in a short time.

2.OM80E IP PBX friendly user operation interface is convenient for hotel IT staff to complete daily management and maintenance.

Asset protection and cost reduction

1.No need to modify existing wiring and use legacy analog phones to protect hotel assets by making full use of existing resources.

2.New Rock OM80E IP PBX provides API interface, which can be quickly docked with hotel PMS through PMSI to realize functions such as level control, hotel wake-up call, billing, no-disturbance, caller blacklist, etc.

Enhancing services and adapting to development

1.Provide customers with value-added communication services such as teleconferencing, voicemail and three-way calling, while advanced features such as built-in automatic attendant, call recording and call queuing enhance the efficiency and quality of hospitality call quality.
