Multi-branch public fund migrate from PABX to high reliable VoIP system

  Project Background

  In recent years，New Rock has helped multiple financial institutions migrate from the PABX to the high reliable VoIP system.

  The fund company's original office telephone used a traditional PABX to realize a nationwide network,covering the headquarters,three branches,and one office,to realize the interconnection of internal telephone and telephone with the public network.

  •The original PABX has been operating for many years with aging equipment lines,frequent voice communication problems,and the inability to troubleshoot in time when failures occur.

  •The original PBAX model has been discontinued,unable to meet the needs of new office locations,equipment expansion,office space relocation,etc.

  •Replace the original PABX,with the existing problem of poor voice communication and frequent failures.

  •In order to facilitate internal communication and external communication,the Shanghai headquarters,three branches,and one office needed to be grouped into a network to achieve unified management.

  •The recording system needs to be stable and reliable and meet the national regulations for the financial industry.

  Server room deployment

  Deploy digital trunk gateways OM1000-TE and MX series analog trunk gateways to connect to ISDN.

  Deploy an OM1000-UC IP PBX with dual hot-standby support to replace the aging PABX to realize telephone and fax access to the headquarters and branch offices.

  Deploy a recording management system(dual master deployment)to unify recording management for important positions.

  Office area deployment

  The IP phones of three branch offices and one office are unified and registered to the headquarters OM1000-UC IP PBX through the penetration service to realize the unified communication of the telephone network.
