NewRock proudly announces the successful integration of its PABX system with FCS Gateway, enabling seamless support for comprehensive PMSI (Property Management System Interface) functionalities. This integration marks a significant milestone in delivering innovative solutions to the hospitality industry, providing support for key hotel management operations such as check-in, check-out, room status updates, and more.
The integration between NewRock PABX and FCS Gateway supports the following functionalities:
1. Check-In
- Activates room phone service.
- Displays guest name.
- Sets preferred language.
2. Information Update
- Updates guest information such as Class of Service, name, and language in real time.
3. Room Change
- Seamlessly manages room changes by checking out the old room and checking in the new room.
4. Check-Out
- Disables room phone service.
- Clears guest information and resets to default
5. Class of Service (COS)
- Configurable call access levels (e.g., internal, local, domestic, international).
6. Do Not Disturb (DND)
- Enables or disables DND settings on room phones.
7. Message Waiting Light
