How to use VoIP system

To make calls using VoIP, users first need access to an IP PBX, whether deployed locally, hosted, or cloud PBX.
The user also needs an internet connection with good bandwidth.

The user can then make calls using VoIP using any of the following devices

Original analogue phone systems
Connect to the VoIP system using the FTSE Gateway ATA, MX series VoIP Gateway. Essentially, the user simply plugs the handset into the ATA, rather than directly into a wall socket.
IP Telephony
Any desktop phone that supports the standard SIP protocol
Personal computer
Users will need an application that allows them to make calls via VoIP. This is sometimes referred to as a "soft-phone". Of course, the user will also need a sound card plus a headset, or a microphone and speakers. The user will also need an internet connection via Ethernet or wifi. Most of the well-known VoIP companies have applications for Windows and Mac.
Smartphones
Again, the user will need the correct application and a wifi connection. Users can also use mobile data plans with 4G or higher speeds. Most VoIP applications are available for all smartphones, such as Android mobile devices and Apple iPhones (iOS).
